Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients in deep kettle; cover.
  2. Turn heat high; heat soup mix to boiling.
  3. Turn heat low; simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  4. Refrigerateovernight.
  5. Skim off fat.
  6. Reheat.
  7. Serve piping warm.
  8. Makes about 4 qts.
