Bacon Chive Brunchwich
- 2 bagels or English muffins, split, lightly toasted
- 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cooked, drained
- Spread cut surfaces of toasted bagels with cream cheese.
- Spoon eggs onto bottom half of each bagel.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Top each with 2 bacon slices and remaining bagel half.
- Variations:
- - Prepare as directed, substituting OSCAR MAYER Ready To Serve Bacon for Center Cut Bacon.
- - Prepare as directed, substituting 2 slices whole wheat toast for bagels.
- Serve open-faced.
- - Prepare as directed, stirring additional cream cheese into scrambled eggs.
- - Prepare as directed, placing 1 KRAFT Singles or sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves on bottom half of bagel.
- Top with egg mixture.
- - Prepare as directed, adding sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives to scrambled eggs.
- Tip: Serve with fresh fruit cup of melon cubes, grapes and strawberries.
