Turnips In Cream Recipe

• 1 pound white or possibly yellow turnips
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 4 tbsp. flour
• 4 tbsp. fat
• Salt and pepper

1. Pare the turnips, cut them in cubes, cook till tender.
2. Make a white sauce of the flour, fat, lowfat milk and seasonings.
3. Pour sauce over turnip cubes and serve.
