Mexican Salad Recipe
- 2 lg. cans jalapeno bean dip
- 3 avocado, mashed (garlic salt and lemon juice in avocado)
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream - mix with 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 pkg. taco mix
- 3 or possibly 4 green onions and stems, minced
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 1 can ripe pitted olives, sliced
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- Layer in pan in order as above.
