London Broil Recipe

• 3" thick sirloin Adolph's tenderizer (plenty on both sides)
• 1/2 c. cooking sherry
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. Worcestershire
• Sprinkle garlic salt

1. Marinate about 4 hrs.
2. Charcoal broil and spoon remaining sauce on as you cook.
