Kerry's almond macaroons

  1. Beat egg whites until fluffy
  2. Add sugar and flour, mix well
  3. Add almond essence and sure in until well mixed
  4. Fold in ground almonds
  5. Spoon onto greased baking tray
  6. Bake on preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 mins
  7. Macaroons must be slightly golden brown and soft in the centre
  8. Place on cooling rack and enjoy!
