Kerry's almond macaroons
- 4 Egg whites
- 1 2/3 cup Sugar
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Almond essence
- 2 2/3 cup Ground almonds
- Beat egg whites until fluffy
- Add sugar and flour, mix well
- Add almond essence and sure in until well mixed
- Fold in ground almonds
- Spoon onto greased baking tray
- Bake on preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 mins
- Macaroons must be slightly golden brown and soft in the centre
- Place on cooling rack and enjoy!
