Breakfast In A Pan Recipe
- 1 x (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 x (16 oz) container lowfat sour cream
- 1 x (2 lb.) package frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. cubed, cooked chicken meat
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 x onion, minced
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1.
- Combine undiluted soup, lowfat sour cream, hash browns, cubed chicken and ham, onions, and cheese.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 min.
- Top with crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter or possibly margarine.
- Bake for another 15 min.
