Lemony Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise fresh lemon juice, grated parmesan, dijon mustard and salt and pepper .
  2. Divide the dressing between 2 small containers.
  3. In 2 larger containers divide romaine lettuce (torn into pieces) chicken breast (cooked) and croutons.
  4. Top w shaved parmesan.
  5. Refrigerate the salad and dressing separately for up to 6 hours in advance Toss each salad with dressing just before serving.
