Pan Con Tomate (Tomato Bread)

  1. Preheat your ovens broiler.
  2. Place the bread face up on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the cut sides of the bread with olive oil.
  4. Broil face up for 3-5 minutes until crispy and charred in some places.
  5. Meanwhile, process the tomatoes in a food processor for a few seconds until roughly chopped and saucy.
  6. Spoon tomatoes over the charred bread and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  7. Serve!
