Beef And Ginger Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 pkt MAGGI Hearty Beef and Tomato Soup Mix
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh root ginger
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp oil
- 500 gm rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 c. sliced vegetables, eg carrots, (4 to 5) broccoli, celery, beans, peppers, cabbage
- 1/2 c. water
- Combine the soup mix, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey and the 2 tsp.
- oil in a bowl.
- Add in the meat and mix well.
- Cover and chill for 15-60 min.
- Heat the 1 Tbsp.
- oil in a frying pan or possibly wok.
- Add in the meat and stir fry for 2-3 min.
- Add in the vegetables and water to the pan and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 min or possibly till the vegetables are cooked.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti or possibly vermicelli.
