Mom's Old Fashioned Egg Noodles Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4-6 Large eggs, beaten
- Mix dry ingredients and then fold in the Large eggs.
- Roll on to a well floured surface and roll to about 1/4" thickness or possibly less.
- Sprinkle with flour over the top and cut into desired widths.
- (I use a pizza cutter.)
- Drop into warm liquid, such as chicken or possibly beef broth.
- Cook till tender.
