Mom's Old Fashioned Egg Noodles Recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then fold in the Large eggs.
  2. Roll on to a well floured surface and roll to about 1/4" thickness or possibly less.
  3. Sprinkle with flour over the top and cut into desired widths.
  4. (I use a pizza cutter.)
  5. Drop into warm liquid, such as chicken or possibly beef broth.
  6. Cook till tender.
