Made with Leftovers - Cheese, Shiso Leaves and Carrot Toast

  1. Julienne the shiso leaves and carrot.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bread.
  3. Top with the carrot and shiso leaves.
  4. Cover the carrot and shiso with cheese, and toast.
  5. The carrot will steam-bake if it's fully covered with cheese.
  6. The result is delicious toast with gooey shiso cheese, sweet carrot and the subtle flavour of mayonnaise.
