Momma's Stroganoff
- 1 lb lean stew meat
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 18 teaspoon minced garlic
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, and water, to thicken
- 3 cups egg noodles
- Sautee garilc in the Olive Oil.
- Season meat with salt and pepper.
- Brown the beef in the Olive Oil.
- Add consomme and water.
- Simmer for an hour on low.
- Add sour cream.
- Thicken with corn starch and water mixture to desired thickness.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
- Enjoy!
