BBQ Sauce

  1. Place oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add onions and garlic.
  3. Saute over medium heat until translucent (approx.
  4. 2-3 minutes).
  5. Mix the bouillon and water until partially dissolved.
  6. Add bouillon mixture and all remaining ingredients to the saucepan.
  7. Stir well using a wire whisk.
  8. Simmer uncovered 25-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  9. Stir frequently.
  10. Refrigerate overnight in a non-metallic container.
  11. Sauce is best if prepared a day before use.
  12. Keeps well refrigerated for 1 week.
