Easy Double-Cheese Linguine Pie
- 30 slices French bread (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 3 cups cooked linguine
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Brush both sides of bread slices with vinaigrette dressing; place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool slightly.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
- Line bottom and side of 10-inch pie plate with bread slices, with bread extending 1 inch over side.
- Whisk MIRACLE WHIP, flour and garlic powder in large saucepan until blended; gradually stir in milk.
- Cook and stir on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until sauce comes to boil and thickens.
- Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan and 1 cup Swiss cheese.
- Add pasta and onions; mix lightly.
- Stir in eggs.
- Spoon into prepared crust.
- Top with tomato slices and remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through; let stand 10 min.
