Baked Tomatoes With Herbs And Feta Recipe

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and place cut-side up in a baking dish.
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, feta, parsley, mint, salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle over the tomatoes and drizzle the oil on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated 400 F. oven 15 to 20 min, or possibly till the topping is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender when pierced with a knife.
