Chicken & Stuffing Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom, cream of celery or possibly cream of chicken soup (or possibly any combination of these)
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Your favorite stuffing
- Saute/fry chicken lightly till just golden, in extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
- Place in roasting pan.
- Combine soup and soy sauce.
- Pour over chicken.
- Top with your favorite stuffing.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
- When this is about 3/4 of the way done, uncover.
- Note: You can add in a little lowfat milk to the soup if it seems too thick.
