Baked Chicken Finger Spicy Glaze
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 24 chicken breasts, 1 inch pieces
- 14 cup hoisin sauce
- 14 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 12 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 12 cup water
- Place the flour, salt and pepper into a large zip loc bag and set aside until needed.
- Coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place them in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- In a separate sauce pan, place on medium heat and add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- One everything is combined thoroughly brings to a boil.
- Remove chicken fingers from the oven and place in a large bowl.
- Add the sauce over the chicken fingers and toss to coat.
