Low Calorie Chocolate Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Mash the bananas.
  3. My host sister did it with her hands, but you could use a folk.
  4. Add the egg and both sugars to the bananas and combine well.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
  6. Combine Steps 2 and 3 and fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Coat the muffin tin with butter or oil spray.
  8. You could also use cupcake liners.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25~30 minutes.
  10. Set the oven to 350 degrees F/ 175C.
  11. I topped the muffin with lots of rainbow sprinkles!
  12. It's super cute.
