Cinna yum

  1. Warm skillet with a little oil or butter.
  2. Add fresh veggies and cinnamon.. Sautee for about 5 minutes then add water cover turn down to about medium and allow simmering til the texture you like.. hint.. might start the potatoes alone a few minutes before the squash if you like your squash crunchy.
