Easy Meat-Miso

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a microwave-safe container, microwave for a minute, and blend throughly.
  2. Finely chop the shiitake and boiled bamboo shoot.
  3. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, cook the meat until browned, then add the boiled bamboo shoot and cook for longer.
  4. Add the ingredients to Step 2, and cook until the liquids have evaporated and the meat has cooked through.
  5. This is what it should look like.
