Easy Meat-Miso
- 350 grams Ground beef mix
- 4 mushrooms Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 piece Boiled bamboo shoots
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Tianmianjiang
- Mix the ingredients together in a microwave-safe container, microwave for a minute, and blend throughly.
- Finely chop the shiitake and boiled bamboo shoot.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, cook the meat until browned, then add the boiled bamboo shoot and cook for longer.
- Add the ingredients to Step 2, and cook until the liquids have evaporated and the meat has cooked through.
