Crispy Baked Fish Fillets Recipe
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Wash and dry fillets.
- Season and dip into oil and coat with crumbs.
- Add in seasonings.
- Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking pan.
- Bake 10 min without turning.
- This method produces a crisp-coating almost like deep-fried fish.
