Salmon Mousse

  1. Place gelatin in lemon juice to soften.
  2. Add boiling water.
  3. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Scrape into blender.
  5. Add onion, blending for 20 seconds at high speed, then add mayonnaise, salmon, paprika and dill until smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled 8 cup mold.
  7. Chill 4 hours covered.
  8. Garnish before serving with lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
  9. Serves 6.

  11. Blend all ingredients well and chill.
  12. Makes 2 cups.
