Squash Apple Bake

  1. Arrange squash in a 12-in.
  2. x 8-in.
  3. baking pan.
  4. Top with apple wedges.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until tender.
  7. Nutmeg and cloves can be substituted for mace.
  8. Half the brown sugar can be subbed with Splenda.
  9. Cut fruit into big chunks so as not to overbake.
  10. Might could use 9" x 13" dish, peel squash well.
