Grilled Pork Chops with Italian Relish

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
  4. Prepare barbeque (medium heat).
  5. Arrange pork chops in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish.
  6. Drain liquid from relish; spoon liquid over pork.
  7. Let pork marinate at least 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Grill pork until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
  9. Transfer pork to plates.
  10. Spoon relish over and serve.
