Trout and Onion
- 1 lb butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium trout, without skin
- 12 lemon
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add onion and trout with onion on bottom.
- Wait until onion starts popping and squeeze in lemon.
- Stir occasionally until trout is flakey.
