Kevin Mark's Macaroni for a Crowd
- 2 lbs salad macaroni, cooked and cooled
- 18 hard-boiled eggs, Chopped
- 1 12 cups green onions, chopped
- 1 18 cups sweet pickles, chopped
- 12 cup dill pickle, chopped
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 3 12 teaspoons beau monde seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 12 tablespoons dill
- pepper
- 12 cup sweet pickle juice
- 8 cups mayonnaise
- In large bowl, combine pickles, mustard, Beau Monde, garlic, parsley and dill.
- Add macaroni and onions.
- In separate bowl combine mayonaise and pickle juice.
- Start adding to salad mix until coated to liking.
- There will be some mayonaise mix remaining.
- Use this to moisten prior to serving.
- Pepper to taste.
- Chill at least one hour.
