Creamy Fruit and Pudding Parfaits

  1. Mix juice and extract until blended.
  2. Drizzle over cake cubes in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
  3. Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  4. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  5. Place half the cake cubes in 12 dessert dishes; top with layers of half each of the berries and pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  8. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
