Coconut Shrimp

  1. Dust shrimp with coconut flakes.
  2. Dip in egg wash.
  3. Wrap in plain Gourmet breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry at 325 degrees Fahrenhit till done.
  5. Drain.
  6. Keep warm until needed.
