20-Minute Rice & Shrimp Tossed Salad
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, cooked
- 3/4 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (asparagus, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Combine rice, shrimp and vegetables in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
