For Packed Lunches: Tamagoyaki with Seaweed and Chikuwa

  1. Cut the chikuwa vertically into 4 pieces and then into 5 mm squares.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. In a heated pan with oil, pour the egg mixture from Step 2.
  4. Roll into an omelet, cover with a lid, and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Another method is to microwave on a plate for 30 seconds until the insides are cooked.
