For Packed Lunches: Tamagoyaki with Seaweed and Chikuwa
- 1 Egg
- 1 Chikuwa
- 1 pinch Shredded nori seaweed
- 1/2 tsp Mentsuyu (concentrate)
- 1 (Vegetable oil)
- Cut the chikuwa vertically into 4 pieces and then into 5 mm squares.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- In a heated pan with oil, pour the egg mixture from Step 2.
- Roll into an omelet, cover with a lid, and steam for 2-3 minutes.
- Another method is to microwave on a plate for 30 seconds until the insides are cooked.
