Asparagus With Lemon And Garlic Recipe

  1. Steam or possibly boil asparagus just till tender-crisp.
  2. Don't overcook.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil; saute/fry garlic and red pepper till softened.
  5. Reduce heat and add in green onion, wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, black pepper to taste and asparagus.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Place asparagus mix in serving dish.
