Noodle Kugel - Sweet noodle pudding

  1. Mix all ingredients (except topping) in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in Pyrex dish.
  3. Put in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Make sure there is a lot of loose juice around the noodles.
  5. When ready to bake, mix toppings and put on top of kugel, then dot with butter.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 1/2 hours, until golden brown.
