Asian Chicken Salad
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup halved pea pods
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Place spaghetti in large bowl.
- Add next 4 ingredients; mix lightly.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
- Pour over salad; toss until evenly coated.
