Crock Pot Pork Chops
- 8 pieces Pork Chops, Bone In, Thin Cut (frozen)
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- Lightly grease crock pot.
- Place 3-4 frozen pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour 1 can of soup over the top.
- Place remaining pork chops on top of the soup.
- Pour remaining can of soup over top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or till done.
- (Pork chops should fall right off the bone.
- In this case, be careful of bones when serving the gravy mixture.)
- Serve over mashed potatoes (my favorite), pasta or rice.
