Chewy Choco-Nut Triangles (From Kraft)
- 34 cup stick butter (softened)
- 1 12 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 white chocolate baking squares (divided)
- 1 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 semisweet baking chocolate square
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray.
- Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer on medium until light and flutty.
- Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder.
- Chop 5 squares of the white chocolate; stir into the batter with peanuts.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan.
- Melt remaining square of white chocolate.
- Drizzle over baked rectangle.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate.
- Drizzle over baked rectangle.
- Lift from pan and cut into triangles.
