Tzatziki Goodness
- 1/2 whole Long English Cucumber, Thinly Grated
- 1- 1/2 cup Greek Krema Yogurt, Drained
- 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Grated
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- Once cucumber is grated soak up as much moisture as you can by squeezing it inside of a paper towel.
- Just wrap it up and squeeze it.
- Place all the ingredients into a dish and mix well.
- Enjoy with pita bread, souvlaki, or whatever you like!
