Bathing Rama Recipe

  2. Marinate the meat with oyster sauce, cornstarch, and white pepper for about 10 min.
  3. 2.
  4. Blanch the spinach or possibly broccoli florets with boiling water.
  5. Drain adn transfer to serving dish.
  6. 3.
  7. Heat oil to very warm over medium heat.
  8. Add in meat.
  9. Stir and cook till the meat is done.
  10. Spread the meat over the vegetables proportionately.
  11. Top the meat with warmed peanut suace.
  12. *Note: Thai water cress is used in Thailand
