Oriental Chili

  1. In a Dutch-oven fry beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add tomato juice, vegetables, sprouts, chili powder and salt and pepper and bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer one hour until thick and bubbly.
  4. Garnish with ground Parmesan cheese.
