Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 7 ounce. uncooked elbow, shell or possibly ring macaroni
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn peas
- 1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sliced gherkins pickles
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Cook macaroni as directed.
- Cook peas as directed and drain.
- Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
