Sweet and Spicy Chicken
- 2 lbs chicken thighs (i take the skin off)
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 14 cup water
- 34 cup chili sauce
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- put a little coooking oil in bottom of a crock pot.
- place chicken thighs in crock pot.
- in a small bowl mix soup mix, chili sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and water.
- pour mixture over chicken.
- cook on low for 7 hours.
- I take the chicken off the bone, shred it and serve it over brown rice.
- I also pour some of the liquid over the chicken and rice to make it like a teriyaki bowl.
