Chicken-Pizziola Panini With Green Tea Spiced Pears

  1. Chicken Pizziola Panini:.
  2. Preheat two-sided tabletop grill.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken, then coat with spray.
  4. Place chicken on grill and close lid; grill 23 minutes or until chicken is 165F.
  5. Spread 2 teaspoons tomato spread over the inside of each flatbread; top with chicken, 2 slices pepperoni, and 1 slice cheese.
  6. Close flatbreads.
  7. Coat sandwiches with spray and place on grill, pressing lid down gently; grill 23 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  8. Serve.

  10. Peel pears and remove core; cut pears into small cubes.
  11. Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a simmer; cook 56 minutes or until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly.
  12. Stir in pears and cornstarch; cook and stir 45 more minutes or until tender and sauce has thickened.
  13. Serve warm.
