BBQ Pork Noodle Bowl

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 2 tsp.
  4. vegetable oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add half the meat; cook 2 min.
  6. or until no longer pink, turning after 1 min.
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Repeat with remaining meat.
  9. Return all meat to skillet.
  10. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
  11. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  12. Heat remaining vegetable oil in same skillet.
  13. Add onions, ginger and garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.
  14. Stir in broth mixture; bring to boil.
  15. Drain pasta.
  16. Add to broth mixture in skillet; mix lightly.
  17. Spoon pasta mixture into soup bowls; top with meat mixture, nuts and cilantro.
