Spring, Summer salad
- 5 medium pickling cucumbers
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill weed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Peel and wash the cucumbers.
- Slice them medium thickness on a bias.
- Add them to a bowl.
- Add walnuts, blueberries, cashews, and mayonnaise
- Mix well then add the salt amd dill weed.
- Mix well
- Serve, hope you enjoy!
