Banana Sour Cream Bars
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large bananas ripe
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
- Add sour cream and mix.
- Add mashed bananas, vanilla and flour.
- Bake in jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 2) about 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes) at 375 deg.
