Crockpot pork green chile stew
- 2 lb pork roast,fat trimmed
- 1 medium chopped yellow onion
- 2 clove garlic,minced
- 1 clove garlic,thin sliced
- 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 2 slice jalepeno,slice and deseed
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz can diced tomato do not drain
- 8 oz can tomato with chiles
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Place pork in crockpot and add onion and garlic and jalepno all around pork.
- Pour on broth,chiles and tomatoes
- Toss spices on top and cook on low 6-8 hrs
- Shred pork when done cooking and serve.
