Corn Starch Puddings

  1. In saucepan, blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir a small amount into egg.
  6. Stirring, slowly add egg mixture to pan.
  7. Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add butter and vanilla.
