Gooey-Gooey Chrysanthemum Leaves Mixed with Natto and Sesame Seeds

  1. Mince the scallions.
  2. Parboil the chrysanthemum leaves.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, then chill in water.
  4. Squeeze out excess water from the chrysanthemum leaves, then finely chop.
  5. Combine the natto, scallions, and chrysanthemum leaves in a bowl, add soy sauce and white sesame seeds, and mix.
