Gooey-Gooey Chrysanthemum Leaves Mixed with Natto and Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunch Chrysanthemum leaves
- 1 Young green scallions
- 1 pack Natto (fermented soy beans)
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Soy sauce
- Mince the scallions.
- Parboil the chrysanthemum leaves.
- Boil for 1 minute, then chill in water.
- Squeeze out excess water from the chrysanthemum leaves, then finely chop.
- Combine the natto, scallions, and chrysanthemum leaves in a bowl, add soy sauce and white sesame seeds, and mix.
- Voila!
