Seafood & Wakame Seaweed Salad

  1. Rehydrate the wakame and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Grate the daikon radish.
  3. Break up the crab sticks.
  4. If you refer to "How to Quickly Break Up Crab sticks"you should find this step quite easy.
  5. Add the ingredients to a plate in the order of wakame seaweed, crab sticks, grated daikon radish, shirasu, then wakegi scallions.
  6. Drizzle over some sesame oil and ponzu and the salad is complete.
  7. It's fine without the grated daikon radish.
  8. Give it a go.
