Seafood & Wakame Seaweed Salad
- 1 Wakame seaweed (fresh if available)
- 4 sticks- Imitation crab sticks
- 3 cm- Daikon radish
- 2 teaspoons- Shirasu (optional)
- 1 Wakegi scallions (optional)
- 1 Ponzu
- 1 Sesame oil
- Rehydrate the wakame and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Grate the daikon radish.
- Break up the crab sticks.
- If you refer to "How to Quickly Break Up Crab sticks"you should find this step quite easy.
- Add the ingredients to a plate in the order of wakame seaweed, crab sticks, grated daikon radish, shirasu, then wakegi scallions.
- Drizzle over some sesame oil and ponzu and the salad is complete.
- It's fine without the grated daikon radish.
- Give it a go.
