The no Way! Brownie

  1. In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients and stir to mix well.
  2. Next (in same bowl) stir in chocolate syrup, egg whites, and vanilla.
  3. At this point you can fold in a 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, carob chips, dried fruit, etc.
  4. Coat a 8 inch square pan and an icing knife with cooking spray.
  5. (this batter is veeeery sticky, hence the use of the icing knife).
  6. Use the icing knife to spread the batter evenly into the pan and bake at 325F for 20 minutes or until edges are firm and the centre is almost set.
  7. Cool them down or eat them warm -- either way these are great!
